Welcome to the Kirat Rai Society of America (KRSA) website. Kirat Rai Society of America brings together all Kirat Rai clans residing throughout the United States. About 400 Kirat Rais holding different occupations currently living in the US. The society is committed to its mission which is only possible with the active participation of its all members. KRSA works with its members, local and national organizations, public and private entities, and individuals to support the well-being of its members and to develop resources to support development and humanitarian works among the Kirat-Rai people in Nepal.
Kirat Rai Society of America (KRSA) is a national non-profit organization striving to promote awareness of Kirat-Rai history, languages and culture as well as to ensure the full participation of the Kirat Rai people in the mainstream U.S. society.
Kirat-Rai Society of America (KRSA) would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. As you know, KRSA is committed to working to create educational opportunities to ensure full and effective participation of Kirat-Rai people in society by promoting awareness of Kirat-Rai history, culture and languages and mobilizing resources to meet the needs of Kirat-Rai today and the needs of the future generations. You will find information on KRSA and its accomplishments as well as information about the future of KRSA posted on this website. There are many ways you can be involved with KRSA, either as volunteers or by becoming an KRSA donor. Regardless of what and how much you do, each action you take helps KRSA impact the lives of Kirat Rais and other communities in the United States.

Mission Statement at a glance...
(a) Promote awareness of Kirat-Rai history, languages, and culture to the general U.S. public;
(b) Foster constructive participation of the Kirat-Rai members in the mainstream U.S. society and support the well-being of its members; and
(c) Mobilize resources to support development and humanitarian works among the Kirat-Rai in Nepal.
